KEF ID Card Generator is a Chrome extension designed to generate Kotak Education Foundation (KEF) employee ID cards using information already displayed in Keka's Digital ID Preview.
The extension may access information displayed on the Keka Digital ID page, including:
The information is used only to generate and display the KEF employee ID card and to create the Front and Back ID card PDF.
The extension does not use employee information for advertising, marketing, profiling, credit assessment, or any purpose unrelated to generating the KEF ID card.
Employee information is processed locally in the browser. The extension does not permanently store employee information. Information is discarded when the extension session is closed.
The extension does not sell, rent, or share employee information with third parties.
The extension does not send employee information to an external backend, database, advertising service, or analytics service.
When required to generate the ID card, the extension may retrieve the employee's profile photograph from the host where Keka serves the photograph. The photograph is used only to generate the ID card and remains within the browser.
The extension requires access to Keka pages so that it can read the employee information displayed in the Digital ID Preview and generate the KEF ID card.
Optional access to an image host may be requested when the employee photograph is served from a host different from Keka.
The extension does not use remotely hosted executable code. The JavaScript required by the extension is included within the extension package.
The extension does not use advertising, tracking, analytics, or third-party tracking services.
The extension is designed to process employee information locally within the browser and does not maintain an external database of employee information.
